Most properties are self check-in via smart lock. You'll receive a personalized arrival message 24 hours before check-in with the code, Wi-Fi password, parking instructions, and a few local recommendations. Your contact at the Collective is available throughout the stay.
Some properties are pet-friendly with prior notice and a pet fee. The Mic-O-Say Residence is the most pet-flexible. Ask us before booking — we can confirm by property.

Vehicles
Both vehicles are listed on Turo with direct booking. For multi-day rentals, longer holds, or coordination with a residence booking, send us a direct inquiry — we often have flexibility outside Turo's standard pricing.
Yes. Standard delivery to MCI Airport. We can also deliver to your residence, your hotel, or anywhere else in the KC metro. Delivery fees apply outside the airport corridor.
Standard Turo insurance plans are available at booking. Personal auto insurance and credit card coverage may also apply. We recommend checking with your provider before declining Turo's coverage.

Concierge
Concierge access is included with every residence and vehicle booking. Specific services (chauffeur, private chef, event tickets) are quoted separately and confirmed before booking.
Restaurant reservations, event access, transportation, private chefs, pre-arrival grocery stocking, wellness providers, childcare, petcare, and corporate logistics. If it's reasonable, we'll handle it.
Most concierge requests are confirmed within an hour during business hours. Urgent requests (same-day reservations, transportation) typically within 15 minutes. We don't use ticketing systems — you message a real person.
