How we use it

To respond to inquiries, fulfill bookings, coordinate concierge service, and improve our hospitality. We do not sell guest data. We share only with vendors who need it to deliver a requested service (e.g., a cleaner, a driver, a restaurant).

Communications

We send booking confirmations, arrival instructions, and post-stay follow-ups. If you subscribe to The Quiet List, you receive quarterly updates. Unsubscribe at any time.

Third-party platforms

Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking, Expedia, Turo, or Furnished Finder are also governed by those platforms' privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Data retention

We retain booking and inquiry records for legal and tax purposes, typically seven years. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
